	Exterior Renderings
	Exterior renderings show a 3D perspective image of a building(s) facade. This view can be used to express and evolve the exterior design intent, submit to approval boards, market for business, or market for real estate. Exterior renderings can often be the ‘money shot’ for projects, holding a great deal of importance and focus.
To get started, I will need floor plans/elevations in AutoCAD or PDF format, some general direction on materiality, an address or photos for context, and any other information that will help get you the perfect image. This is unique for each project, and we can walk through it step-by-step.


This pricing includes 3 rounds of minor adjustments and alterations. Additional fees will be added if changes require extensive modeling, or if we go beyond the adjustment/alteration limit. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon upfront to avoid suprises.

 All invoicing is done through PayPal business and can be paid via check, cash, credit/debit, or Venmo.
A deposit of 25% may be required on projects estimated at over $1000. This is simply to secure the time commitment and will go towards the final invoice.

These are used to communicate scale and space, develop furniture layouts, create site/landscape plans, refine elevation and plan design, and more. All drawings can be transmitted as PDFs and/or CAD files, and can be editted by other parties as needed. Please note, all drafting services are purely for graphic intent and will need to be approved by a licensed engineer, contractor, or architect before construction.

To get started, I will need direction on the design and intent, including general dimensions, parameters, and any other information that will help get you the final drawing(s). We can start a project from scratch, or we can pickup a project where another party left off. This is unique for each project, and we can walk through it step-by-step.
