3D Animation
These are rendered animations, allowing you to view your project with stunning depth, detail, scale, proportion, and environment. Animated renderings, as opposed to still renderings, promote an experience of the space with movement, showing a plethora of new angles and elements. From a design development standpoint, there is no better way to preview your space and understand the in’s & out’s of your concept. From a marketing standpoint, there is no better way to make your upcoming project stand out to future clients/consumers/residents.
To get started, I will need 2D floor plans/elevations in AutoCAD or PDF format, some general direction on materiality/flooring, direction on furniture layouts and lighting, site plan/landscaping, photos for context (if possible), and any other information that will help get you the perfect image. This is unique for each project, and we can walk through it step-by-step.

The pricing for video animations is based on the final production video length. For example, a 10 second video would total $1000-$1500. This pricing does not include any still images, as those have to be produced, processed, and edited separately.
This pricing includes 1 round of minor adjustments and alterations. Additional fees will be added if changes require extensive modeling, or if we go beyond the adjustment/alteration limit. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon upfront to avoid suprises. All invoicing is done through PayPal business and can be paid via check, cash, credit/debit, or Venmo.
A deposit of 25% may be required on projects estimated at over $1000. This is simply to secure the time commitment and will go towards the final invoice.
